#34. Apparat - The Devil’s walk (Mute)
It has been a long time since Sascha Ring’s previous release and I’m not talking about the Dj Kicks, but Walls (2007). Leaving behind the club scene for this album, Apparat emphasizes on producing a record with more elements. From its gloomiest song Goodbye (in collaboration with Anja Plaschg aka Soap&Skin) to its sweetest Sweet Unrest, The Devil’s Walk is an interesting album that if you forget the disturbing song Escape it has all the potential to be in this list.

Fuhrman lined up one of these panoramic photos with a Google Street View screencap of the same intersection to illustrate the comprehension-challenging extent of damage caused by the twister.
